Pick the workflow
We map one workflow with your team and choose the two manual steps that cost the most time.
AI Workflow Setup for Insurance Agencies
A fixed-price project for independent agencies with 5 to 30 people, starting with the Microsoft 365 your agency already runs on.
Client emails get written from scratch. Call notes live in someone's head. Renewal prep means digging through old threads. Most agencies have tried AI a few times, and it never made it into the daily routine.
We map one workflow with your team and choose the two manual steps that cost the most time.
Saved prompts and a simple assistant your team uses in Outlook, Teams, and Word, working from your own files. A person reviews everything before it goes to a client.
Copilot can see anything a user can see. File permissions and sharing get checked first, so nothing surfaces to the wrong person.
How the workflow runs, a one-page AI use guide, and a hands-on session. Your procedures stop living in one person's head.
Client email drafts, call and meeting summaries, renewal prep, certificate requests, and replies to new quote requests.
Discovery call, a look at your setup, and agreement on the workflow and two steps.
Cleanup, setup and testing, team training, and a written summary.
A check-in to adjust anything your team isn't using. Monthly support is optional.
Software costs, stated up front
Some of this runs on the Copilot Chat included with Microsoft 365. Features that work inside your email and files need a paid Copilot license, usually only for the people who run the workflow. You get the exact cost before we start.
Your client data
All work happens inside your own Microsoft 365 environment, through an account you provide and can remove at any time. No copies of client or policy information are kept.
That's expected. This isn't a replacement for your AMS, CRM, or quoting platform. It focuses on the work that still happens around them in Outlook, Teams, and Word, like client emails, call notes, and renewal prep. If a workflow depends on another platform, we'll check what that platform supports before recommending anything.

About Wes
Wes Wentling started his career at Liberty Mutual, then spent 4.5 years at Microsoft and SHI working across customer success, Microsoft solutions, AI, and automation.
Slee Innovations also helps businesses evaluate existing technology, improve processes, and determine where AI, automation, or a better setup can actually help. If the problem goes beyond this two-week project, we'll scope that separately rather than squeeze it into the fixed-price offer.
